Research at our department is very active, as it is the main focus of the faculty members. The ultimate goal behind the research efforts is not just publishing, but producing new and exciting scientific findings that are respected and accepted in the scientific community (see our publications). There are 4 main research groups at the department. The scope of the research in these groups is ranging from nano-science to bio-science, and from spectroscopy to the theoretical physics.
