CONDENSED MATTER RESEARCH GROUP

Theory of Condensed Matter

Condensed matter physics investigates the properties of materials and deals with with fundamental questions associated with the behavior of very large numbers of atoms which are condensed into liquid or solid states.

Theory plays the main role in understanding known phenomena and in predicting new ones. Theoretical Condensed Matter physics is concerning with the solutions of the models and uses them for the experiments. Our group is mainly engaged with the spin polarized transport, mesoscopic, disordered and correlated systems
